Planets Aplenty For Both Night Owls and Early Birds

Venus and Mars, can be seen low in the South-East around sunrise. This view shows the sky at 6:30 AM local time, as seen from mid-northern latitudes.

The Moon and Saturn have a close encounter. Jupiter rises a few hours after Saturn and can be seen low on the horizon late at night. This view shows the sky at 11:00 PM local time, as seen from mid-northern latitudes.
