The One Hour Perseid Comet Litter Meteor Shower!

The Perseid meteor shower will be visible for about an hour on the morning of August 12. The arrow points to the radiant of the Perseid shower, which is the point in the sky where all the meteors will appear to be coming from. The radiant is in the northeast, to the upper left of Jupiter and Saturn.

A close-up look at the radiant of the Perseid shower, relative to Perseus and its two brightest stars, Mirfak and Algol.
